B. What personal data may we process, for what purposes and on what legal basis?

- You may use the intelo.pl website (including its subpages) without providing any personal data.

- If you wish to use the subpage intended for contacting us (the “Contact” tab):
a. providing us with your email address is necessary so that we can respond to your inquiry;
b. providing your first and last name or other contact details that you may include in the content of your message (e.g. company name, telephone number) is voluntary. - We process all personal data collected in connection with your use of our website in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter the “GDPR”) and applicable data protection laws.
- If you contact us using the contact form, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling the matter described in your inquiry (e.g. preparing an offer in accordance with the content of your inquiry).
- The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in responding to your message, including, in particular, providing information about our activities in accordance with your inquiry.
- Personal data obtained through the Contact tab may be processed for as long as necessary to provide a response and handle your request. Depending on the nature of the request, the data may also be processed for the period necessary for the limitation of any potential claims.
- Where personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, they will no longer be processed if you effectively exercise your right to object.
- Marketing communications
- Below the contact form, you may voluntarily give your consent to receive marketing communications from us at the email address provided. The rules governing such communications are set out, in particular, in Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej).
- If you provide the relevant consent, we may contact you in order to present our offer, provide information about our activities and services, and promote our brand.
- Providing consent is voluntary and is not a condition for submitting an inquiry via the contact form.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. We will retain data processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent or Intelo ceases its marketing activities, whichever occurs first.

b. rectify your personal data;
c. request the erasure of your personal data in the cases provided for by the GDPR;
d. request restriction of processing, to the extent provided for by the GDPR;

f. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych)).
2. In addition, insofar as we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object:
a. to processing for the purposes of direct marketing — such an objection does not require justification;
b. to processing based on other legitimate interests — such an objection must be justified by reasons relating to your particular situation.
